1. Site Acquisitions & Surveys
Research, evaluate, and negotiate leases for locations that can host telecommunications equipment such as wireless transmission towers. Investigating zoning requirements, overseeing the permitting process, and help establish long-term contracts that ensure we have the resources we need to maintain a network. Following design parameters in the network optimization and business study case, candidates site locations are pre-identified. Detailed survey to be conducted to produce TSSR, TUR, Solution design documents with BOQ and PIP.

2. Tower Construction
All the activities include site civil preparation, building foundation, transportation and logistics, electrical and grounding work, final fixing and cables termination. Certified riggers for tower construction and installation of all types of telecom towers with all heights based on TSSR and approved design with full compliance to safety regulations of work at height.

3. Telecom Equipment Installation and commissioning
Adhering to work at height regulations, telecom equipment installations such as Antennas, BTS, Microwave, feeders…etc. are to be installed in compliance with clients’ technical specifications, directions and requirements with special focus and attention to different parameters such as LOS, tilting, lightning protection, MCB, DDF, DB Losses.

4. Foundation & Fencing
To be constructed in compliance with design requirements and plot dimensions with calculation of tower load, generators, solar panels, BTS cabinets, Umbrella or container, concrete curing and strengthening requirements…etc.

5. Power Equipment Installation & Commissioning
After foundations being completed, pathways and containment systems installed, power equipment are being installed in compliance with design specifications in terms of load calculations, emergency service duration, BOQ, Solar panels and cells...etc.

6. Drive Test for Mobile Optimization
a- Single Site Verifications (SSV) or single Cell Function Test (SCFT)
b- Multiple Site Verifications (MSV) or cluster Drive Test
c- Operator Benchmarking Drive Test (Market level drive test)

7. Traffic Utilization Study
Our Post Processing Team create almost all real-time reports based on data collection in the DT field using multiple test investigation with deep analysis for data collected allowing client to run effective back-office data analysis

8. Intra Building Solution (IBS)
To provide indoor building coverage using a series of hubs/Equipment's distributing the signal to number of antennas.

9. FTTx Infrastructure
Design & Implementation of FTTX Infrastructure (ISP/OSP) for residentials, commercial and industrial premises

10. Thorough Site Surveys
Coordinate with the client a detailed survey to be conducted to produce TSSR, TUR, Solution design documents with BOQ and PIP.

11. WiMAX Solution & Signal Boosting
A customized base station for enhanced internet coverage reaching around 10km using signal boosters at far houses/businesses.

12. VSAT Internet Services
Using satellite communication as main method to gain internet bandwidth large enough to be distributed using our Super Net brand.

13. TETRA System
radio system that uses radio waves to establish communication between operators, usually in oil and Gas and industrial locations. It needs a tower, antennas, hand-held devices and repeaters

14. Remote Communication Services for Mines
It uses VSAT communication model to deliver main internet service and P2P links for remote stations like mines or electrical substations

15. Operation & Maintenance
The Preventive Maintenance (PM) We conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all our projects and make sure that KPIs and service-level agreement (SLA)

The Corrective Maintenance (CM) We have a structure in place to run corrective maintenance that covers maintenance tasks which are undertaken to timely and smartly identify, isolate and repair a fault in order to restore equipment, machine or a system to an operational condition so it can perform its intended function on time with no or minimal downtime

• Reduced Planning: Our corrective maintenance policy requires less planning than preventive maintenance, even when scheduling repairs
• Reduced Downtime: Our maintenance team are trained to notice bad component while performing
• Extended Asset Lifetime: Our corrective maintenance policy is tailored to extend the lifetime of critical assets so parts are repaired or replaced they impact other parts of machine.
