Smart Cities / Smart Buildings Solutions:

Each Building (Villa, Residential, Office, Government, Factory, Construction site, … etc.) has many systems that can be automated. Automation is necessary in these times to save resources, save the environment and keep it green. These systems also contribute to Smart Cities.

1. Energy Management Saving
Using the latest machine learning models, we can learn client habits and needs and send it as Data to our AI model which turns it into commands to achieve client satisfaction, comfort and save energy. Balancing all three goals is very difficult, however our AI brain can achieve that.

2. CCTV System
We provide a turn-round solution for CCTV system including all types of cameras, cabling, racks, switches, storage, NVRs.

3. Wireless Cameras
Small form factor camera with that connects to WIFI network through built-in interface and can transmit live video and can transmit video on motion or event-based This camera is battery-powered but can be powered using small solar panel and regulator box. it can be installed outdoor and indoor, battery is rechargeable or can be plugged to power source.

4. Access Control Systems
Part of security systems which each complex should have it. It consists of main door locks and other doors in or out the complex. It can use face recognition technology to allow/disallow entry. It control door locking mechanism, and can be viewed in a centralized location or through mobile application. This is also very important in case time attendance is required at office, where face of employee is programmed in the system thus each time he/she meters or leaves office the system record this movement and provide a report at the end. It can be also linked to a performance analysis solution for more detailed reports.

5. Smart Intercom Systems
Villas and offices must have a smart intercom unit which is a camera, a ring button and it is integrated into door locking mechanism. The guest presses the push button which turns on the camera taking live video of the guest and notifying the client on his mobile phone of a guest. The client either opens the door lock from his phone or declines guest request. This camera can be configured to be motion activated, which means if there is someone at your doorstep it will notify you whether the guest rang the bell or not.

6. Lighting Control Systems
On-off or dimming of lights automatically is required for all types of buildings. It will save energy and contribute to the overall power consumption management solutions

7. Guest Room Management System
It is a smart villa solution but applicable on hotels. It controls lights, curtains, AC, door access and can integrate to BMS and PMS systems of the hotel

8. Parking Management System
part of the security system where entrance to a building is controlled smartly through recognizing number plates or simply using long range readers with access cards. The system understands the layout of the parking using smart devices that can detect if the parking slot is empty or not. then guides the guest to this spot or not allowing them to enter parking space by using gate barriers.

9. Background music system
It uses speakers distributed around the house. Each can communicate using Bluetooth to a central hub. Speakers are battery-powered and can be recharged depending on the vendor. It is a very important part of each home automation system; users need to feel complete experience. The system can be programmed to run on specific scenes specific songs, or it can be controlled manually from smart phone application.

10. Audio Visual System
Audio-Visual (AV) systems are integrated setups that combine audio (sound) and visual (video) technologies to create immersive environments for communication, entertainment, presentations, and more. These systems are commonly used in various settings, such as corporate offices, educational institutions, entertainment venues, and smart buildings.

11. HITV System
HITV (Hotel Interactive Television) system is a specialized television and entertainment solution designed for the hospitality industry. It provides guests with interactive, personalized, and enhanced in-room entertainment experience. HITV systems are part of the broader Audio-Visual (AV) and IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of hotels, resorts, and similar establishments.

12. Building Management System
is an advanced control system designed to monitor and manage the mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical services within a building, such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security. By integrating these functions, a BMS enhances operational efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and improves the comfort and safety of occupants. It serves as the backbone of modern smart buildings, enabling real-time monitoring and control through a centralized interface.

13. Nurse calling system
In hospitals, we can install LoRaWAN gateways for each floor and cover the whole hospitals including patients’ rooms, operation rooms, cafeteria, stores and all other floors. We can develop smart watches for all staff members, relying on critical information about patients, general announcements, and other important data that can save lives quickly once read. It can also be used by nurses to be summoned in specific rooms or summoned doctors to specific rooms, etc. ...

14. Master Clock system
is a centralized timekeeping system that synchronizes and controls the time displayed on all clocks and timing devices within a facility or across a network. It ensures that every clock in the system shows the same accurate time, regardless of their location or function. This system is critical in environments where precise and consistent timekeeping is essential, such as hospitals, airports, schools, factories, and broadcasting studios.

15. Smart BTS Monitoring:
Using IoT potential in LoRaWAN bandwidth we can install specific devices and sensors that can collect vital information about the remote BTS like fuel level, notifications from radio monitoring software, or even warnings through great distances back to centralized station at operator headquarters for further analysis and decision making.

16. Smart Electrical Outlets
We can turn on or off electrical devices by simply cutting power source using smart outlets that connects to smart mobile application using Z-wave network. It also can measure power consumption and show it to Villa owner prompting him/her to send device to maintenance in case consumption increases over time.

17. Automated Irrigation Control
Each villa has a garden that needs an irrigation system, this system mainly consists of main pumps and sprinklers. The system uses moisture sensors buried in the soil, once moisture rises to a specific level, it sends a signal to the main pump to work and to each sprinkler to start splashing water. The system can also detect water level in water tanks and advise owner to fill up water manually or control another pump from main line to fill up the tank. In traffic signals, we can use sensors to count the number of cars and send this data to a centralized location using the LoRaWAN network. This data can refer to serious traffic issues and it can lead to new methods to be implemented to save the infrastructure

18. Climate control
It uses machine learning algorithms to collect data using sensors and analyze it with the user’s manual inputs. After that, it sends these analyzed data to AI models that take a decision to open or close actuator and change fan speed accordingly. In Big establishment, the saving in HAVC power consumption can reach 40%

19. Smart Agricultural solution
advanced technologies to optimize and automate various farming activities, making agriculture more efficient, sustainable, and productive. It leverages technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, sensors, drones, and data analytics to monitor, control, and manage agricultural operations in real-time.

20. Smart Water Management System (SWMS)
is a modern, technology-driven approach to managing water resources efficiently, sustainably, and intelligently. It leverages advanced technologies like IoT (Internet of Things), sensors, data analytics, and automation to monitor, control, and optimize water usage, distribution, and quality across various sectors, including urban utilities, agriculture, and industries.

21. Operation & Maintenance
The Preventive Maintenance (PM)
We conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all our projects and make sure that KPIs and service-level agreement (SLA)

• Lower risk of breakdowns.
• Less equipment downtime and service outages
• Fewer interruptions to critical operations
• Improved efficiency (assets in good repair tend to operate better)

The Corrective Maintenance (CM)

We have a structure in place to run corrective maintenance that covers maintenance tasks which are undertaken to timely and smartly identify, isolate and repair a fault in order to restore equipment, machine or a system to an operational condition so it can perform its intended function on time with no or minimal downtime
• Reduced Planning: Our corrective maintenance policy requires less planning than preventive maintenance, even when scheduling repairs
• Reduced Downtime: Our maintenance team are trained to notice bad component while performing
• Extended Asset Lifetime: Our corrective maintenance policy is tailored to extend the lifetime of critical assets so parts are repaired or replaced they impact other parts of machine.
